Uncertainty about asset ownership is a major source of conflict and anxiety when partnerships end. We proactively guarantee that you maintain  ownership and control over all critical digital assets from day one.

This document clearly details the ownership rights and the mandatory handover process that protects your business continuity. For the full legal context, please refer to Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

Guaranteed Client Ownership (Assets You Always Control)

You retain full ownership and control over all core digital assets, platforms, and data used during the engagement.

Asset Category Ownership Status Transfer Protocol (On Exit)
Domain Name Client Owned The client must be listed as the official registrant and owner. We manage access credentials only.
Website Platform & Content Client Owned We build sites on platforms like Duda, and the site's content will be packaged and transferred to you on exit.
Marketing Account Credentials Client Owned You maintain full administrator/owner access to all critical platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
CRM Data & Leads Client Owned All customer data, leads, and sales pipeline information housed in your CRM (e.g., Go High Level) are yours.

Important Note on Paid Accounts: For security reasons, we do not provide general access to our internal Google Ads accounts during the active campaign. Upon exit, we will work with you to ensure a clean transfer or setup of your own advertising accounts.

The Formal Off-Boarding and Transfer Process

Upon contract termination, our Project Manager will initiate a formal, step-by-step handover process to ensure a smooth transition.

The Transition Checklist

  1. Asset Collection: All final digital assets created for you (e.g., website files, logo files, approved creative) are gathered into a dedicated Google Drive folder we established during onboarding.
  2. Website Package: Your website will be packaged and delivered to you, enabling you to upload and host it on your chosen content management system.
  3. Credential Handover: Your Project Manager guides you through updating passwords and securing full administrator control over all marketing platforms.
  4. Final Sign-Off: The process concludes with the completion of the internal Transition Checklist, which serves as the final documentation that all assets have been secured and transferred to your control.
